Paul V. Waddell was raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas and admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2012. He has experience representing criminal clients charged with serious felonies, misdemeanors, and ordinance violations. In addition to his experience with criminal courts, he has experience at litigating cases before the Executive Office Immigration Review. He is experienced with representing clients before Immigration Courts, United States Citizenship and Service (USCIS), the National Visa Center, and consulate offices abroad. His compassion for immigrants is evident by his own personal background and his pro bono services to the University of Arkansas Immigration Clinic. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville with a B.A. in Finance in December 2007. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate at the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2012.
